gENERAL:

• Upon checking in at GRAND LUX BOUTIQUE MANOR CC, or booking optional extra excursions, it shall be regarded that the client has read and accepted all the terms and conditions contained herein.
• All terms and conditions are subject to South African Law and Jurisdiction.

TARIFFS:

• All tariffs quoted on a per person per night sharing basis and in South African Rand.
• Single supplement is charged at R2,000 additional.
• No Children younger than 12 years are allowed.
• All tariffs are subject to change.

INCLUDED IN TARIFF:

✓ Accommodation as per Suite Type all with panoramic sea view.
✓ Breakfast is served from 7h30 to 10h00 in The Pool-Side Dining Room.
✓ Selection of Specialty Coffees and Specialty Teas.
✓ Limited Mini-Bar stocked with soft drinks.
✓ Daily fresh fruit selection in Suite.
✓ Satellite DSTV & Netflix & YouTube.
✓ Access to professionally equipped Gym (8h00 – 16h00).
✓ Access to 25-meter-long sparkling Swimming Pool.
✓ Access to private Sauna – depending on load-shedding of electricity (8h00 – 16h00).
✓ High speed Fibre Wi-Fi.
✓ Secure parking.

EXCLUDED FROM TARIFF:

• High Tea and Dinner – served in The Pool-Side Dining Room.
  • High Tea is served from 14h30 to 15h30 – reservation before 14h00 obligatory.
  • Formal set menu Dinner is served from 19h00 to 21h00 – reservation before 14h00 obligatory.
• Room service.
• All soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
• Spa Treatments – available from 8h00 – 16h00.
• Laundry.
• Health & Safety Insurance.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT AND PAYMENTS:

Check in at our Welcome Desk is from 14h00. Grand Lux register and indemnity must be signed by all guests.

Check out time at Welcome Desk is from 11h00 to 11h15.

All purchases on room tab to be settled upon check out in S.A Rand, Visa and Master Card, US Dollars or Euros.

GRAND LUX BOUTIQUE MANOR CANCELLATION POLICY:

All deposits made will be non-refundable. If the reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee will be levied equal to the required deposit payments.

All cancellations must be e-mailed to res6@grandluxmanor.com.

INDEMNITY:

All bookings are subject to signing the Grand Lux Boutique Manor CC Indemnity at check-in, a copy of which is available on this website.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• Surname and First names as they appear in the guest’s passport
• Age
• Arrival and departure methods and time
• Any special dietary requirements or special requests
• Mobile contact number
• The family’s or group’s make up in order to determine the bed configuration

cANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that all accommodation payments charged by Grand Lux Boutique Manor CC in advance to secure bookings are
non-refundable and cancellation fees will not be waived. If the reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be levied equal to the required deposit payments. All cancellations must be e-mailed to res6@grandluxmanor.com. It is the booking policy of Grand Lux Boutique Manor not to deviate or amend the cancellation policy.

NOTE: Guest are obliged to ensure and will bear the sole and absolute responsibility that adequate Travel Insurance be purchased immediately upon booking in order to claim from Insurance in case of amendment or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances and not request leniency from Grand Lux Boutique Manor.
